--How do I book your home? How much required to secure dates? When is full payment due?
Simply e-mail us at herohaven@verizon.net with your name, contact number and dates requested we will get back to you as soon as possible. A $150 deposit is required to reserve dates, Full payment due within 8 weeks of arrival --What happens if I must cancel?
If you must cancel a payment return will be based upon time frame of cancellation to arrival dates (see terms & conditions)
--What is security deposit? What if I don't have a credit card?
Security deposit is you credit card account. Should any items on or in the house be damaged this will secure payment for replacement or repair. if you don't have a credit card a $250 deposit fee will be required. After inspection upon departure amount will be returned

--Where do I get Key card and house keys?
You check in at front desk Regal Palms. This is where you receive card key for pool complex use. Entry key for home will be located in lock box located at front door of Townhouse. Combination will be provided to you a few days before your arrival by owner or owners agent
--Do I need to bring sheets and linen?
No you don't. A one time set up of bed and bath sheets will be provided for you. These linens are for house use only and not to be brought to pool area. The pool complex will provide you with necessary lines for your day at the pool
--Do I need to bring amenities for the Townhouse?
We provide you with most basic needs. Towels, hair dryer, vacuum, iron, ironing board, vacuum, cutlery, pots, pans. You can leave all those extra heavy items at home to make your stay even more enjoyable.
--Is the townhouse air-conditioned?
The townhouse has central air conditioning which is set to a comfortable year round temperature and constantly monitored. Should you like to change the set temperature you will be required to contact owner or owner agent to do so. There is a fee if temperature is changed without notifying prior to (see terms and conditions).
--Why must I pay a pool complex fee?
The pool complex is separate of the Townhouse area. This fee is charged by the Regal Palms facility and allows full use of the pool property.
The fee is $10 per house per day.
--Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed in the home. There is a patio in the rear of home outside of Great room if you wish to smoke. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in home
-Are pets allowed?
We are sorry but as per Homeowners Association ruling no pets are allowed in complex or townhouse
--Do I need a car?
Absolutely. Although we are located near all major Orlando attractions a car is a necessity. There is a 2 car driveway for our property.
--How far are the parks?
Most of the major theme parks are located within 15 to 30 minutes of the property
-Are these photos on this website of your home?
YES! These are the actual beds and rooms within our home. We spared no expense! We want you to feel at home the way we would feel at home.
