You cannot book our Townhouse by contacting Regal Palms resort. Each Townhouse or Villa is privately owned and operated
You can reserve our townhouse by contacting us via e-mail at Herohaven@verizon.net
Please include the following information: Name, Dates of check-in and Check-out, number in your group and a contact number.
(Note: person reserving room must be at least 25 years of age)
We will get back to you as soon as possible with availability and rates. Please specify if your dates are flexible.
Reminder: Discounts offered for longer stays and all MILITARY and EMERGENCY WORKERS RECEIVE DISCOUNT!
To Secure dates we will require a $150 (USD) deposit. Your dates will be secured once deposit has been received. Deposit must be received within 7 business days of request (Certified bank check or money order only). Once deposit made the house and dates are locked in your name. No one else can book. I will then send you a form requesting name, age and address of all planning to stay in our home, This is for emergency and insurance purposes. You will then be asked to pay balance, in full, 8 weeks prior to your visit at Regal Palms. If you make reservation within 60 days of planned vacation you must pay the full amount at time of request.
